We’re local to Venice and have been homeowners as well as home watchers for many years. We have a general checklist to guide us through our service calls but we truly customize our service to suit our clients individual needs.

Basic Service Includes:
- Check for signs of wind damage, water damage, break-ins.
- Clear debris from points of entry.
- Remove flyers and newspapers. Check for packages.
- Ensure pool and landscaping is well maintained.
- Check for mold and mildew. Look for pest infestation.
- Check all windows and doors for moisture. Ensure all is locked.
- Check Alarm system
- Check electrical panel for tripped circuit breakers. Change batteries in thermostats and smoke detectors.
- Look for signs of water damage, moisture, mold.
- Make sure air conditioning and HVAC are running properly, change air filters, flush toilets, run water in bathrooms and kitchen.
- Check for pest infestation.
